STANDARD RATES

• The guest pays on spot at the hotel.
• The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival.
• The guest will be charged the total price if the reservation is cancelled on the day of arrival.
• If the guest doesn’t show up, the total price will be charged.

NON REFUNDABLE RATES

• The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time.
• The guest can not cancel, nor amend the reservation free of charge.
• The guest will be charged the total price if the reservation is cancelled at any time.
• If the guest doesn’t show up, the total price will be charged.
